To use HighFly, you must:

3. Subscriptions and Payments
HighFly offers paid subscription plans, each with a free trial period.
Payment Terms
- Payments are processed securely through Polar.
- You authorize Polar to charge your chosen payment method for recurring fees.
- All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
If you cancel before the trial period ends, you will not be charged. After the trial, recurring billing will begin automatically unless you cancel.
Upgrades and Downgrades
Changes to your plan take effect immediately, and future invoices will reflect your new rate.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your HighFly dashboard or by contacting support@highfly.app. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
4. Integrations
HighFly integrates with third-party platforms, including GitHub, to enhance functionality.
When you connect a third-party account, you authorize us to access and use certain information from that service as permitted by their terms and your permissions.
We are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of third-party services.
5. Intellectual Property
HighFly and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of HighFly LLC.
All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Service are owned by HighFly or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service.
If you choose to provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
By using HighFly, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or harms other users.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, but any obligations or liabilities incurred before termination will survive.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HighFly LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HighFly LLC, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your infringement of any third-party rights
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will post the updated version and update the "Last updated" date above. By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
